Parents' bedroom

Sleep beneath hand-carved beams and look down through the glass floor into the house below. Behind a small swing door there's also room for an extra 140×200 bed, handy for older children or another guest.

Second floor

Children's room with stacking beds

There's room here for up to four children, in two stacking beds that feel like a proper adventure camp. During the day, the glass floor lets light fall through to the levels below and turns the room into a magical spot. A play corner with a play rug and plenty of games keeps everyone busy on rainy days.

The kitchen

A fully equipped kitchen that turns cooking into part of the holiday. A Tchibo capsule coffee machine (beans, no milk), Ankerkraut spices and every appliance you need for a longer stay: ready for whatever you bring home from the Franconian farmers' market.

Dining area with window seat

A big table, a cosy window seat, with a view of the large soapstone stove and the television. This is where breakfast happens, where you laugh and drink wine together: the social heart of the house.

Living area with soapstone stove

The warm heart of the house: the soapstone stove holds its heat for hours, and the glass floor above lets it rise up into the floors above. A place for long evenings with a glass of Franconian wine, and for a playful glance upwards.
