Bed linen and towels, free Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, wood for the soapstone stove, a bottle of Bocksbeutel Franconian wine to welcome you, coffee, tea and spices. We usually take care of the final cleaning ourselves, though you're welcome to do it yourself if you'd prefer.
Check-in from 2 pm, check-out by 12 noon. There's only one changeover per day; if you need an earlier arrival or later departure, just ask and we'll see what we can do.
Yes, dogs are very welcome. €20 per dog per night; please mention it and add it when you enquire. We provide a feeding station and a dog basket, and the property is fully fenced.
Yes, €20 per pet per night, the same rate as for dogs. We'll provide a litter tray and a scratching board on request; please bring your own litter. Up to five cats are no problem. Please mention it when you enquire, so we can plan for it and add it to your booking. The whole three-storey house is yours alone, so there are plenty of places to retreat to. Smoking isn't allowed inside the house. You're welcome to smoke on the covered terrace, where there's an ashtray.
With a direct booking, you can cancel free of charge up to four weeks before arrival. If something comes up at short notice, just write to us and we'll find a fair solution. Bookings made through Booking.com or Airbnb are subject to that platform's own terms.

It's a 10-minute drive to Würzburg. There are vineyards right in Rimpar, and the better-known sites at Würzburger Stein and in Thüngersheim are 12 to 15 minutes away.
Generally not. Our holiday home is meant as a temporary home for holidaymakers, family holidays and visits to relatives, not as standard contractor accommodation. We don't have a pricing model for that, nor storage space for tools or materials. In exceptional cases we're happy to see if it could still work: just drop us a line and tell us what you need.
